spacious cabin beautiful design friendly staff annoying messages poorly marked entrance shower overflow
the cabin was very spacious and designed beautifully. i really enjoyed the retreat from city life (it felt so peaceful). the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. we definitely recommend this place.
i received an annoying amount of messages pre-arrival. the entrance and reception area is poorly marked from the outside. the bathroom overflows with water when you shower. (i found that to be very inconvenient).

The bedding was fantastic.
I found the room wasn't properly cleaned. Dust was everywhere, and all the air vents were clogged. The overall hygiene was definitely below standard.

pretty surrounding comfy bed staff communication money value
The surroundings were very pretty. The houses looked super cute, and the beds were quite comfy.
Communication from the staff seemed off to me. They did not seem very helpful when I asked some questions. I thought the value for the money was not good.

extra sauna cost loud planes
i thought a sauna would be a nice touch, but it cost extra to use it. really? i also planned to rent a bike. the bike rental was available. i assumed i could bike into the city, but the location wasn't great for that. the planes landing at the nearby airport were loud. i feel like i was tricked into thinking it was a 'nature' escape.

Underwhelming Cabin Stay
closed restaurant unhelpful staff
The hot tub was a welcome feature after a long day.
Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed. This meant I had to cook in the cabin, which I had not planned. The staff was also not very helpful. I was not happy with this.

safe place quiet location comfortable bed relaxing time
the location is quiet with good access to public transportation. the bed was comfortable. i found everything clean. i had a relaxing time there.
a few staff members seemed a little bothered when i asked for drinks

i found the free parking very convenient. the location is secluded from the city center (a plus for me).
